These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CHATTERgo ("the Service"), an AI-powered eCommerce platform provided by CLEARgo ("CLEARgo", "we", "us", or "our"), a Hong Kong HKSAR company.

By using CHATTERgo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CHATTERgo for your business operations in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. AI Content and Accuracy

3.1 AI Generated Responses

CHATTERgo uses advanced AI models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" information. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the information provided by your AI agents to your customers.

3.2 Knowledge Base Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the CHATTERgo knowledge base. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and process such content.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are based on the subscription plan you select.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or Shopify.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • CLEARgo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the CHATTERgo platform, including all software, branding, and technology.
  • You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEARgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
